First Bloom Daycare is a trusted childcare provider based in The Bronx, New York. We’re passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and educational environment for children. As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to help us improve and maintain our website, boost our online visibility, and assist with basic design tasks.
We are a growing childcare business seeking a reliable, experienced specialist to help improve our online presence and lead-generation system.

This role focuses on optimizing our website, improving Google Ads performance, and creating a complete funnel to capture and convert leads into enrolled families.

Responsibilities include:
Optimize website speed and responsiveness (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Improve user experience and conversion rate
Audit and optimize Google Ads campaigns to reduce cost per lead
Set up conversion tracking (forms, calls, etc.)
Build high-converting landing pages for lead generation
Integrate and/or set up a CRM system for lead tracking and follow-ups
Create a full-funnel system: ad? landing page? lead? follow-up? enrollment

Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Ads (lead generation for local businesses preferred)
Experience with website optimization (WordPress or similar platforms)
Experience with CRM systems and automation (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements
Must be able to provide examples of past work or results

Bonus:
Experience working with childcare, education, or local service businesses.

Work Schedule:
10–20 hours per week to start (more as needed)
Flexible schedule, but availability for a few hours overlap with EST (New York time) is preferred.
