Hi there!

We are a growing Australian natural health and skincare brand based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Our business includes a naturopathic wellness centre and a range of natural products, including herbal creams, skincare, and wellness products — with a strong focus on hormone balance, menopause support, and skin health.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist to help us generate more traffic, increase online sales, and scale our brand across Australia.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow as the business expands.

???? Your Role

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search & Shopping)

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Your goal is to increase conversions, reduce cost per purchase, and grow sales and revenue.

????? Responsibilities

Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search & Shopping)
Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Conduct keyword research for high-converting search terms
Write compelling ad copy that converts
Set up and manage audiences (cold, warm, retargeting)
Monitor and optimise campaigns daily/weekly
Improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag, Meta Pixel)
Analyse performance and provide clear reports
Suggest new strategies to scale winning campaigns

???? Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
Proven experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
Experience with eCommerce (WooCommerce preferred)
Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns
Strong English communication skills

? Bonus (Highly Valued)

Experience in health, skincare, or wellness brands
Experience marketing to women 40+ / menopause audience
Funnel strategy experience
Landing page optimisation experience
Copywriting for ads
