Google Ads & Facebook Ads Expert Needed – MSP, IT Services & Cybersecurity
Job Description
I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads and Facebook Ads specialist to join my team as a reliable, long-term contractor. We are growing and onboarding new clients regularly, so I need someone who can manage campaigns, deliver results, and handle new client accounts on an ongoing basis.
Industry experience is extremely important. YOU MUST HAVE experience running paid advertising campaigns for:
Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Managed IT services companies
Cybersecurity companies
B2B IT service providers
Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience running ads for these industries.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Experience generating qualified leads for MSPs, managed IT services, and cybersecurity businesses.
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking implementation.
Experience creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages.
Ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, call tracking, and lead form tracking.
Experience with campaign optimization, audience targeting, keyword research, and budget management.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a long-term contractor who can become my go-to paid advertising specialist as we bring on new clients each week.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns, communicating clearly, reporting on performance, and continuously improving results. I'm looking for someone dependable who can grow with our agency and potentially take on a full-time workload as our client base expands.

Case studies: Show real examples of campaigns you've managed for MSPs, managed IT services, or cybersecurity companies.
Proof of experience: Provide screenshots of campaign results, conversion data, lead generation metrics, or other verifiable evidence of your work. Please redact any confidential client information.
Past work: Share relevant landing pages, campaign examples, or tracking implementations you've completed.
Results: Explain the advertising budget, cost per lead, lead quality, and business outcomes you achieved, where available.
Availability: Confirm your weekly availability and whether you're able to support an ongoing workload as new clients come on board.
