JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Google Ads Expert to join our team. Your primary focus will be driving high-quality leads (phone calls and form submissions) for our clients in the local home services industry, including roofing, solar, HVAC, and plumbing.

If you are a highly organized media buyer who thrives on data, strictly follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knows how to maximize ROI for local contractors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored to local service contractors (Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).

Lead Generation & Conversion Rate Optimization: Drive highly targeted traffic to generate phone calls and form submissions. Analyze current landing pages and provide expert recommendations to optimize them for higher conversion rates.

Tracking & Analytics: Setup and manage lead tracking meticulously using WhatConverts to ensure every call and form fill is properly attributed.

Negative Keyword Management: Be highly detailed and proactive in building and maintaining massive, comprehensive negative keyword lists to protect our clients' ad spend from irrelevant clicks.

Process Adherence: Strictly follow our agency’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting.

Client Communication: Lead and participate in regular client meetings to present campaign performance, discuss strategy, and provide actionable insights.

Weekend Monitoring: Keep an eye on active accounts over the weekend and respond promptly to any urgent emails, flagged issues, or emergency tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads specifically for local home service businesses.

Lead Gen Expertise: Proven track record of generating inbound phone calls and form fills for contractors.

Technical Skills: Deep experience utilizing WhatConverts for call and lead tracking.

Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must be comfortable, confident, and professional when speaking directly with clients on video calls.

Attention to Detail: You don't mind the "tedious" work. You are meticulous when it comes to account hygiene, especially in digging through search terms and creating exhaustive negative keyword lists.

Availability: Must be able to check in and handle urgent tasks/communications during the weekend.
