Are you a Google Ads Strategist who loves E-commerce and knows how to scale delicate products?

We are a growing premium Honey Brand selling directly to consumers online. We treat our product with care, and we need a marketing expert who treats our budget with the same precision.

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team of 12. You will not just be "managing" ads; you will be strategizing, optimizing, and scaling our presence across the entire Google ecosystem.

The Role:

Hours: Part-time (5–10 hours/week).

Type: Long-term position with growth potential (portfolio expansion).

Location: Remote (Must be available for tea ---------- etings).

???? What You Will Do
We need someone who can combine strategy with execution. You will work closely with our Performance Marketer (Meta), Creative Strategist, and Video Editor to ensure our Google Ads align perfectly with our Meta campaigns.

Full Account Management: Manage and optimize Google Shopping, PMax, Search, Display, and specifically YouTube Ads.

Strategic Growth: Move beyond maintenance. proactively find new opportunities to scale.

Top-of-Funnel Focus: Conduct deep keyword research to capture new audiences and drive traffic to our webshop.

Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with the Meta team to ensure messaging is consistent across platforms.

Reporting: Provide clear weekly reports on campaign status, ROAS, and optimization actions.

? Requirements (Must Haves)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for E-commerce.

Platform Mastery: Expert knowledge of Google Merchant Center, PMax, YouTube Ads, and Conversion Tracking.

Budget Experience: Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets profitably.

Strategic Thinker: You don't just click buttons; you understand the "Why" behind the data.

Communication: Excellent English (written/verbal). You are open to feedback and communicate proactively.
