JOB OVERVIEW

You engineer and run the Google Ads Funnel for CodyMD from traffic generation through sales. Each month you get a sales target and a CPA target; your job is to hit both.

• Campaigns: engineer, build and manage Search, Performance Max, and YouTube: structure, keywords, bids, budgets, and ad testing
• Tracking: own conversion tracking in GA4 so every sale ties back to a click
• Conversion rate: watch what happens after the click, and work with our team on landing page changes that lift it
• Reporting: weekly numbers on spend, CPC, conversion rate, sales, and CPA, with what you're changing next and why
• Creatives and landing pages built by in-house team.

Your landing page converts 4% of clicks to sales and your CPA target is $25. What’s the most you can pay per click?

You need 50 sales this month at a $30 CPA, and your average CPC is $1.50. What conversion rate do you need?
