I’m looking for a top-tier Google Ads operator to help manage and optimize lead-generation campaigns for a healthcare company in the United States.
This is an active account already generating leads, and I’m looking for someone who can think beyond campaign management and look at the entire funnel - campaign structure, search terms, bidding, conversion tracking, landing pages, form flow, messaging, and ultimately lead quality and booked appointments.
**What I’m looking for**
You should be highly experienced with:
- Google Ads for lead generation
- Search campaigns
- Keyword and search-term strategy
- Match types and negative keyword management
- Bidding strategy
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- Budget allocation and scaling
- Diagnosing poor lead quality
- Landing page optimization / CRO
- Form optimization
- Analyzing the full path from click → lead → booked appointment / sale
You should be comfortable looking beyond surface-level metrics like CTR and CPC.
I care about things like:
- Cost per qualified lead
- Cost per booked appointment
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Lead quality
- Overall funnel conversion rate
- Whether the campaigns are actually driving business results
**The kind of person I want**
I’m specifically looking for someone who is proactive and strategic.
If your working style is waiting for me to tell you which keywords to pause or which ads to test, this probably isn’t a good fit.
I want someone who can look at an account and say:
“Here’s what I think is happening. Here are the three biggest opportunities. Here’s what I’d test first, and here’s why.”
You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, spotting problems, and bringing ideas to the table.
CRO experience matters
You do not need to be a full-time conversion-rate optimizer, but you should be able to review a landing page and identify obvious issues with:
- Messaging
- Page structure
- Calls to action
- Form friction
- Mobile experience
- Trust
- Conversion flow
If the ads are doing their job but the page is leaking leads, I want you to recognize that.
What the role would look like
Initially, I’d like you to:
- Audit the existing Google Ads account
- Review the current landing pages and conversion flow
- Identify the biggest immediate opportunities
- Put together a clear optimization plan
- Help implement and manage the changes
- Provide ongoing recommendations based on performance
If it’s a strong fit, this can become an ongoing relationship.
I’m not looking for the cheapest person. I’m looking for someone who is very good at this and can demonstrate that through the way they think and the results they’ve produced.
**Growth opportunity:**
If this goes well and you’re interested, there may be opportunities to take on more accounts and a broader role over time. I work across several lead-generation businesses and would be very open to expanding the relationship with the right person
**How to apply**
Please include:
- A short overview of your Google Ads experience, specifically with lead-generation campaigns
- A few examples of accounts you’ve worked on and the results you achieved
- Any examples where you improved performance through landing-page or CRO changes, not just ad optimization
- A Loom video explaining:
- why you’re interested in this position
- your approach to auditing and improving a lead-gen Google Ads account
- examples of past campaigns you’ve worked on and the results you produced
**I care much more about how you think and what you’ve actually accomplished than certifications or generic agency credentials.**
