JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Account Assistant to join our team. If you already have experience working with Google Ads accounts and understand the account warm-up process, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Launch 20 Google Ads account warm-ups every day.
* Monitor all active warm-up accounts daily.
* Identify and fix issues during the warm-up process.
* Keep account statuses and tracking sheets updated every day.
* Report accounts with no spend and describe the actions taken to resolve the issue.
* Follow internal workflows and team instructions.

Requirements

* Experience with Google Ads account creation and warm-up is required.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions consistently.
* Good written English.
* Reliable PC and internet connection.
* Responsible, organized, and proactive.

Daily KPI

* Launch 20 new account warm-ups.
* Check every active account assigned to you every day.
* Keep all statuses updated accurately.
* Resolve issues whenever possible and report unresolved cases.
