Position Overview
GWIN is looking for a creative, results-driven Advertising & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and increase sales across our digital channels. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns that clearly communicate why customers should choose GWIN.
You will help translate our value proposition into compelling campaigns that highlight what makes GWIN different: durable systems, cleaner air features, affordable pricing, financing options, and industry-leading warranty support.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Write ad copy that converts while matching GWIN’s brand voice
Build and test campaign creatives, landing page ideas, promotions, and retargeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality
Develop seasonal promotions and product-focused campaigns for ductless and ducted HVAC systems
Coordinate messaging across website, email, social media, and paid ads
Research competitors, customer trends, and HVAC market opportunities
Track performance and provide weekly/monthly reports with clear recommendations
Work with leadership to improve brand positioning, promotions, and customer acquisition strategy
Help grow GWIN’s online presence and strengthen customer trust through clear, educational advertising

Ideal Candidate
Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns
Strong copywriting and creative messaging skills
Comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and making data-based decisions
Experience with e-commerce, home services, HVAC, construction, or related industries is preferred
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Able to balance branding, direct response, and performance marketing
Self-starter who can bring ideas, test quickly, and improve results over time
