JOB OVERVIEW

We're a nonprofit with a large global student base, and we've been approved for the Google Ad Grants program ($10,000/month in free Google Ads spend). We need someone experienced to help us actually put that grant to work.

What You'll Do

Get our Google Ad Grants account up, running, and spending the budget on functional, high-quality campaigns. Initially the priority is simple: get the account active and spending. From there, you'll manage, optimize, and build new campaigns on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and structuring Google Ads campaigns that comply with Ad Grants policies (5% CTR minimum, keyword quality score rules, conversion tracking, etc.)
High-quality keyword research aligned to our mission and audience
Continuously updating and creating new campaigns to keep the account healthy and spending
Monitoring performance and reporting on results

Required

Proven experience running Google Ad Grants for nonprofits (please share specific accounts/results)
Strong track record of spending grant budget and building campaigns that convert
Excellent keyword research skills
Understanding of Ad Grants compliance requirements

Bonus (not required)

Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager setup for conversion tracking
WordPress experience
