JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Golang. • Architect, implement, and optimize microservices-based applications. • Build RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and integrations with internal/external systems. • Work with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) to deploy and manage applications. • Develop solutions using concurrency patterns, Go routines, and channels. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. • Participate in code reviews, ensure high coding standards, and drive best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability. • Collaborate with cross functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product). • Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of professional software development experience. • 3–5+ years hands on experience with Golang in production environments. • Strong understanding of: o Distributed systems o Concurrency and multithreading patterns in Go o Microservices architecture o REST/gRPC APIs • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless ecosystems. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry). • Strong problem solving skills, system design knowledge, and debugging capabilities. • Excellent communication and ability to work in an agile environment.
