JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are a home construction and renovation company seeking a technical GoHighLevel Expert to manage and optimize our CRM. This is a part-time role focused on systems architecture, with the potential to expand into more hours for the right candidate who possesses sales talent.
Role Details
• Location: Remote (OnlineJobs.ph)
• Status: Part-Time (20 Hours per week)
• Operating Hours: Work must be completed within the window of EST 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Potential for Growth: An additional 20 hours per week (totaling 40) is available for candidates with strong Outbound Appointment Setting skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Workflow Architecture: Map out and build sophisticated GHL workflows to improve business processes. You must be able to "draw" the logic before building.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the technical lead for GHL. You must be able to audit execution logs, identify why triggers failed, and fix system errors independently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with founders and various consultants to optimize system performance and lead flow.
• Optional Sales Support: For candidates with the right talent, managing outbound appointment setting (95% outbound focus) to convert leads into renovation estimates.
Requirements
• Expert GHL Knowledge: Deep experience with Workflows, Triggers, Snapshots, and API troubleshooting.
• Sound Troubleshooting Skills: A proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks quickly.
• Process Visualization: Comfort using tools like L ---------- or Whimsical to design workflows.
• Professionalism: High-level English and the ability to work collaboratively with a US-based team.
