JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a fully integrated operational system inside GoHighLevel connected to n8n, and we are looking for a long-term Automation Specialist to own and implement workflows.

This is NOT a basic VA position.
This role is for someone who understands automation logic, APIs, and building systems that remove manual work.

You will help architect and build workflows across:

• Lead generation and marketing automation
• CRM pipeline management
• SMS / email / voice call follow-up sequences
• Insurance claim communication workflows
• Task automation for operations and fulfillment
• Data syncing between platforms using n8n
• Internal notifications, reporting, and triggers
• Custom automations beyond what GHL does natively
• AI-assisted workflows and integrations where useful

We are creating a system that runs the business automatically, and you will be the builder behind it.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel workflows
• Experience using n8n (or Zapier/Make with ability to learn n8n quickly)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
• Ability to map processes and turn them into automations
• Comfortable troubleshooting broken workflows
• Organized thinker who can document systems clearly
• Fluent English communication (written + spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating Twilio, OpenAI, Google Workspace, or CRMs
• Experience with AI tools or automation agents
• Previous work supporting U.S. businesses
• Ability to suggest better workflow design (not just follow instructions)

Compensation:

Starting during 60-day build phase:
$800–$1,200/month depending on experience

After successful probation:
$1,200–$1,800/month long-term role

Performance bonuses available based on systems completed and reliability.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a company and build real infrastructure — not short-term task work.
