About us
Covaro AI builds SMS automations for Australian pest control businesses. Our main product texts a company's past customers when their next treatment is due and books them back in. We need a reliable builder to deploy our system each time we sign a client.

How it works
Paid per build, no monthly retainer. We have templates and an SOP, so every build follows the same process. Good builders get every build we sign.

Experience we need

GoHighLevel: workflows, custom fields, sub-accounts, snapshots
n8n: webhooks, HTTP requests, basic JavaScript
Twilio SMS setup and troubleshooting
Closebot or similar AI SMS bots building
Connecting systems through APIs and webhooks
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for cleaning messy customer data

Nice to have

ServiceM8, Formitize or other SaaS products experience.
Previous work with Australian clients

What we expect from you

Clean and prepare each client's customer data before import
Test everything end to end before handover
Build in opt-out handling and error alerts on every build
Deliver within 5 business days of receiving the client's data and system access
Fix any bugs from your build free within 14 days of go-live
Note anything that changed or broke so we can improve the SOP
A few hours of overlap with Melbourne time for handover calls with clients

Pay
Fixed price per build. Tell us your price for a build like the one described in AUD. 50% on start, 50% once the build passes testing. Paid via Wise.
