JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to help build out and improve our GoHighLevel account for a US-based business group.

This role is focused on GoHighLevel best practices, website/funnel layout, landing pages, pipelines, lead capture, forms, calendars, CRM organization, follow-up workflows, and clean user experience. The right person does not need to be a deep coder, but they must understand how to build practical, clean, conversion-focused systems inside GoHighLevel.

We also want someone comfortable using AI tools, including GoHighLevel AI Studio and tools like ChatGPT, to help create better pages, workflows, copy, SOPs, and follow-up sequences.

Core responsibilities:
- Review and organize the existing GoHighLevel account
- Help build and improve websites, funnels, landing pages, and lead capture pages
- Improve page layout, user flow, calls-to-action, forms, and mobile responsiveness
- Build or clean up pipelines, opportunity stages, calendars, tags, forms, and surveys
- Help create follow-up workflows for leads, appointments, and client communication
- Use GoHighLevel AI Studio and AI tools thoughtfully to improve copy, design, workflows, and automation ideas
- Document what was changed and why
- Create simple SOPs so our team can maintain the system
- Inspect first, preserve what is already working, and ask before making major changes

Required skills:
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Experience with funnels, websites, forms, calendars, pipelines, and workflows
- Good sense of clean web design, layout, spacing, user flow, and mobile usability
- Ability to write or improve basic landing page copy and calls-to-action
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English
- Comfortable working from screenshots, Loom videos, written instructions, and AI-generated drafts
- Willing to document changes and ask questions instead of guessing

Preferred experience:
- Service businesses, real estate, insurance, home services, local lead generation, or professional services
- GoHighLevel AI Studio or AI-assisted buildout experience
- Basic SEO/on-page structure
- Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, or integrations
- CRM cleanup and lead-routing experience
- Simple reporting/dashboard setup

Important working style:
We do not want random changes or messy buildouts. We need someone who can inspect the account, understand what already exists, recommend improvements, get approval for major changes, and build cleanly.
