Description:
We are a growing beauty and wellness brand looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), website building, and backend systems.

This role will focus on completing and organizing our website, building out product pages, setting up systems, and helping create a strong foundation for growth.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects—not just follow instructions.

???? Core Responsibilities
Website & Product Setup (Priority)
Upload product images and organize product listings
Add pricing based on competitor research
Format and optimize product pages for a clean, professional look
Ensure website is user-friendly and visually appealing
Competitor Research
Research similar beauty brands
Suggest pricing strategies
Provide insights on product positioning and presentation
GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup

Using GoHighLevel:

Build and organize pipelines
Set up workflows and basic automations
Create forms and connect them properly
Assist in building funnels for customers, affiliates, and professionals
Professional & Affiliate Section
Help build a “Become a Pro” section
Assist in setting up an affiliate option
Connect forms, pages, and backend systems
Organization & Admin Support
Manage a filtered email inbox (business-related only)
Help maintain and organize calendar scheduling
Assist with task management using ClickUp
? Requirements
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
Experience building or managing websites
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions AND take initiative
Organized and reliable
Good written English communication
? Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
Experience with ClickUp or similar task management tools
Basic understanding of marketing funnels
