JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel website + automation specialist to complete a guest-facing website and full lead automation system.

This is not a beginner role and not a template-based build.

You must already have hands-on experience building:
• Custom GoHighLevel websites
• Forms + pipelines
• Email/SMS automations
• Conditional lead routing

This is a fixed-price project ($1,500 total) paid in milestones. Ongoing hourly work may be available after completion for future updates and improvements.

Project Overview

The homepage already exists and some initial work has been started.

Your first responsibility will be to:
• Review existing pages
• Review instructions previously provided
• Identify issues or incomplete items
• Optimize what already exists
• Then continue building remaining pages and automations

Timeline: Entire project must be completed within 5 business days.

Website Requirements

You will receive Google documents containing:
• Page content
• SEO instructions

You are responsible for:
• Implementing content 100?curately
• Creating a clean, beautiful, professional design without step-by-step guidance
• Ensuring mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshooting issues independently
• Testing everything before submission

By the time anything comes to me for review:
• Pages must be complete
• Forms must work
• Emails must send correctly
• Reply-to emails must be correct
• Automations must fire
• Pipelines must populate

I will not accept simple execution errors.

Automation Requirements

You must be able to independently build workflows such as:
1. Customer submits website form
2. Customer receives confirmation email (with correct reply-to email)
3. I receive submission email
4. Lead is automatically tagged Hot / Warm / Cold
5. Lead enters pipeline based on tag

Then:
• Cold leads enter an email drip campaign (you will generate content using ChatGPT)
• Hot leads are asked for additional property details and directed to a calendar booking page for priority follow-up

You are expected to build this entire process end-to-end.

You Must Have
• Proven experience building custom GoHighLevel websites
• Strong automation and workflow experience
• Eye for quality design (this is a guest-facing site)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Habit of testing your own work
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Attention to detail

Compensation Structure (Fixed Project – $1,500)

Milestone 1 – $400
Review existing work, optimize current pages, identify issues, confirm implementation plan

Milestone 2 – $600
Complete remaining website pages + design + mobile responsiveness

Milestone 3 – $500
Full automation setup, QA testing, final delivery

Payment is released as milestones are completed.

After completion, future work will be offered on an hourly, as-needed basis.

If you are not highly experienced with both GoHighLevel websites and automations, this role will not be a fit.
