ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a marketing agency specialising in lead generation, SEO, and marketing automation for tradespeople and service businesses across Australia. We use GoHighLevel as our core delivery platform across all client accounts.
We're looking for a part-time GoHighLevel VA to support funnel builds, automations, and ongoing client work. This is a long-term role with the potential to grow into full-time as the agency scales.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Building and editing landing pages inside GHL sub-accounts
- Setting up automation workflows (missed call text-back, review requests, lead follow-up sequences)
- Configuring pipelines, triggers, and SMS/email campaigns
- Building third-party integrations using Zapier, Make, or Pabbly Connect — connecting GHL to platforms like Google Sheets, booking systems, and CRMs
- On-page SEO tasks — meta titles, descriptions, headings, Google Business Profile updates
- General marketing admin support as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building inside GoHighLevel — not just listed as a tool, but actually used
- Familiarity with GHL workflows, triggers, pipelines, and sub-account management
- Experience with third-party integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect — including connecting GHL to external platforms such as Google Sheets, CRMs, or booking systems
- Experience working for a marketing agency (preferred)
- Good written English — you'll be helping with SMS and
- Reliable, proactive, and communicates clearly
- Available during some Australian business hours (at least partial overlap for a meeting once a week minimum).

Hours: Part-time, ~20 hrs/week
Rate: $600/month depending on experience
