About Wellness Docs

Wellness Docs is a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant (VA) who specializes in digital marketing, paid ads, and retargeting.

We’re looking for a results-oriented GoHighLevel expert who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Email, and SMS — while automating and tracking performance through GoHighLevel.

If you’re passionate about marketing automation, audience retargeting, and building conversion-driven campaigns, this is the long-term position for you.

Position Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of GoHighLevel automations and digital ad campaigns to drive lead generation and patient engagement.
The ideal candidate will know how to create, launch, and monitor ads across multiple platforms, integrate leads into GoHighLevel workflows, and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, automations, and triggers.

Create and manage paid ad campaigns on:

Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

TikTok Ads

X (Twitter) Ads

YouTube Ads

Plan and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage leads and maximize conversions.

Build and run email and SMS marketing campaigns through GoHighLevel.

Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions) and report insights.

Develop custom audiences and lookalike segments for retargeting and scaling.

Integrate data between GoHighLevel, ad platforms, and RingCentral (if applicable).

Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad copy, graphics, and landing pages that convert.

Test, refine, and improve campaign performance based on analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a GoHighLevel VA or Digital Marketing Specialist.

Proven success managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.

Strong understanding of retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

Experience creating email and SMS automations inside GoHighLevel.

Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Skills

Experience using RingCentral for calls and text messaging campaigns.

Background in healthcare or service-based marketing.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools for ad content.
