GOHIGHLEVEL VA — CLIENT ONBOARDING & WEBSITE SETUP (Part-Time, Freelance, Room to Grow)

Hi! I run an early-stage agency building websites and lead-generation systems for trade businesses — builders, roofers, concreters, plasterers. I'm hiring my first tea ---------- mber to own client onboarding inside GoHighLevel.

A BIT ABOUT ME — I'm Isaiah i'm 29, and for most of my 20s I had no purpose. I always knew I wanted to build something more, but I didn't have the direction — only distraction. I started investing in real estate and became a team leader in my role working with high-risk youth. Then I found this. Building and learning business has become my purpose: a way to keep mastering myself, one day look after the people I love, and help others live up to their full potential too. What I love most is leadership: building a tight team, chasing a clear goal, and celebrating the wins together — with everyone benefiting and growing. If that fires you up, you're my kind of person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (THE DAY-TO-DAY):
- Take each new client from the onboarding form and spin up their account from our snapshot/template in GoHighLevel.
- Build out the client's website using the onboarding info plus our SOPs (mostly templated — you're customising, not designing from blank).
- Set up their workflows, review-management, and lead-follow-up automations (largely copy-paste from the template).
-Optimize their google business profile (SOP)
- Chase clients for any missing info, photos, or documents before it holds up the build.
- Move clients cleanly through the pipeline and send me a short daily update (done / doing / stuck).
- Use AI tools (like Claude) daily to work faster.
- Full training provided — no prior GoHighLevel experience needed.

Most of the system is already built — the snapshots, the workflows, the SOPs. You are NOT inventing it from scratch; you're running it cleanly and consistently, client after client, and catching anything that's missing before it becomes a problem. Precision and follow-through matter more here than creativity.

THE GROWTH PATH (THE REAL OPPORTUNITY):
You'll start by following my recorded walkthroughs and SOPs. The system is nearly all documented — you'll just help me put the final polish on a few SOPs so they work smoothly for you. Once you've onboarded a few clients and know the system cold, you'll own it — improving the SOPs and eventually overseeing onboarding end to end. As we land more clients, this role grows from first VA to lead VA / operations. The person who runs the engine well is the person who ends up managing it.

THE SETUP, PLAINLY: this is a freelance / contract role to start — you invoice me, rather than being a salaried employee, and it's part-time and fully remote. I call you a "tea ---------- mber" because that's genuinely how I'll treat you, but I want to be straight: it's contract-based, with a real path to a long-term core role (and more pay) as the agency grows.

WHAT YOU NEED (attitude over skills — I'll train the rest):
You do NOT need GoHighLevel experience. What I can't train is who you are. You DO need:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A growth mindset — you want to learn AI, automation, and marketing, and keep levelling up.
- Problem-solving — when something's missing or breaks, you think it through and find a fix before running to me. Bring solutions, not just problems.
- Leadership potential — you want to grow into leading: owning processes, and eventually helping run and train a small team.
- Consistency — this is a repeatable system you'll run again and again; you do it the same right way every time.
- Reliability and punctuality — you do what you say when you say, and you show up on time, every time, to our weekly Zoom check-in.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions exactly.
- Comfort working async — outside our weekly Zoom we won't always be online together (I work a rotating shift roster). You'll send a short daily update and work from recorded Loom videos, keeping things moving on your own — while flagging when you're genuinely stuck instead of going silent.

START DATE: as soon as I find the right person — ideally within the next 2-3 weeks. I'm finishing training materials now, so you'll step into a system that's ready for you.

HOW TO APPLY (read carefully — this is the first test):
