JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital agency and AI automation agency looking for a GoHighLevel Technical Support Specialist to help support our agency and our clients. We are looking for someone long term to grow with us.

Your role will involve setting up, troubleshooting, and managing GoHighLevel accounts for businesses. Setting up the subaccounts, helping them send emails, and handling basic support questions.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel accounts. You should be comfortable helping clients, solving problems, and building automations.

Your responsibilities could include:

1. GoHighLevel Setup
- Configure GoHighLevel subaccounts
- Setup pipelines and opportunity stages
- Setup calendars and appointment booking
- Configure phone numbers and call routing
- Setup email and SMS integrations

2. Automation
- Build workflows and automation sequences
- Setup triggers, conditions, and actions
- Configure onboarding automations
- Setup missed call text back
- Setup lead nurturing campaigns

3. Client Support
- Troubleshoot account issues
- Help clients understand how to use their system
- Fix workflow errors
- Ensure CRM data is functioning correctly

4. Integrations
- Zapier integrations
- Webhook troubleshooting
- Connecting forms, websites, and landing pages

5. Other Tasks
- QA check automations
- Document processes
- Tea ---------- etings & reports
- Provide feedback to improve systems

You must have real experience working inside GoHighLevel.

Bonus experience:
- AI chatbots
- AI voice agents
- API integrations
- SaaS mode
- Snapshot creation
