About Us:
We are a life insurance agency with a high-volume recruiting and onboarding pipeline. Our operations include recruiting, licensing, and activating agents to become **Ready-to-Write (RTW)**.
We are looking for a **GoHighLevel (GHL) expert** to help us **map our current systems and train our Operations Manager**—NOT to rebuild or optimize.

We are NOT looking for someone to redesign, rebuild, or optimize our systems.

Your Role:
1. System Mapping
* Analyze our current GHL setup
* Document pipelines, workflows, and automations as they currently exist
* Map how our process flows from:
* Recruiting ? Licensing ? Contracting ? RTW
* Identify how each stage connects (without changing it)
2. Process Documentation
* Create clear, simple system maps (visual or written)
* Break down each stage so a non-technical operator can understand it
* Show how leads move through the system step-by-step
3. Training (Primary Focus)
* Train our Operations Manager 1-on-1
* Explain how GHL works in the context of our business
* Teach how to:
* Navigate pipelines
* Understand workflows
* Manage day-to-day operations inside GHL
* Provide Loom recordings and walkthroughs

What Success Looks Like:
* Our entire system is clearly mapped and understood
* No confusion on pipeline stages or workflow triggers
* Operations Manager can confidently operate GHL without assistance
* Reduced reliance on external support

What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience with GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, automations)
* Ability to **analyze and explain systems clearly**
* Experience training or onboarding tea
* Strong communication skills (clear, structured, patient)
* Systems thinker (can break down complexity into simple steps)
