JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems & Automation Virtual Assistant to support the setup, customization, and optimization of advanced systems and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks critically, builds systems from scratch, and solves complex problems—not just someone who follows step-by-step instructions. You’ll be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and improving GHL automations that support real business operations.

Remote | Philippine Morning Hours (Exact schedule to be discussed)

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel Configuration & Management
- Set up and customize GHL accounts, including:
- Pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, memberships, and funnels
- Email, SMS, and automation workflows
- Build and maintain advanced automations based on business requirements
- Customize GHL features for non-standard or complex use cases

2. Workflow & Process Design
- Design logical and scalable workflows
- Map out processes, dependencies, variables, and edge cases
- Optimize existing systems for efficiency and reliability

3. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Diagnose and resolve issues across workflows, triggers, and integrations
- Troubleshoot errors, conflicts, and unexpected behavior inside GHL
- Develop creative solutions when default features are not enough

4. Critical Thinking & System Building
- Translate business needs into functional GHL systems
- Engineer solutions involving multiple variables
- Test systems thoroughly and refine based on results

BONUS / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Funnel and landing page building inside GHL
- Creating or assisting with:
- Graphics and social media visuals
- Email templates
- Simple video edits
- Willingness to support light creative tasks (not required, but a plus)

Qualifications

- Advanced experience with GoHighLevel
- Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Comfortable handling complex builds and custom logic
