Pixel Media is a digital marketing agency based in the United States. We help local home service contractors and small businesses grow using modern automation systems.

Our systems help businesses:

• Capture every lead
• Automatically follow up with customers
• Book estimates and appointments
• Collect Google reviews
• Stay organized using a CRM

We build these systems primarily using GoHighLevel.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a GoHighLevel specialist who can help us build and manage automation systems for our clients.

You will help create:

• Smart websites inside GoHighLevel
• CRM pipelines for lead management
• Lead capture systems
• Automation workflows
• Appointment booking systems
• AI chatbots and AI agents

This role will start part-time / project based, but if everything works well it can grow into a long-term full-time position.

Your Responsibilities

You will help build and manage systems inside GoHighLevel, including the following:

Website Creation

• Build modern smart websites using GoHighLevel
• Create landing pages for contractors and local businesses
• Optimize pages for lead generation

Automation Workflows

• Create lead capture workflows
• Set up missed-call text back automation
• Build lead follow-up sequences (SMS + email)
• Automate CRM pipelines

Booking Systems

• Create appointment booking calendars
• Set up automated reminders for appointments
• Connect calendars to automation workflows

Documents & Forms

• Create estimate templates
• Create invoice templates
• Create contract templates
• Build forms and surveys

AI Features

• Train AI agents for specific tasks
• Set up AI-powered website chatbots
• Configure automated responses for leads

Required Skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel
• Experience building funnels or websites
• Experience creating automation workflows
• Good English communication
• Ability to research solutions and solve problems independently

You do not need to be a top expert, but you must be able to learn quickly and figure things out.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with contractors or local businesses
• Experience using AI tools
• Basic design skills
• Experience building landing pages or funnels

Work Schedule

Start as: Part-Time / Project Based
Opportunity to grow into: Full-Time Position

Compensation: $4 – $6 per hour to start and grow as we go. Some could be Gig paid as well. All depending on experience.
