# GoHighLevel Freelancer – Advanced CRM & Automation Setup for Spa

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel freelancer to build and configure GoHighLevel for our growing spa business.

We are looking for someone who can design and implement the system end-to-end, including integrations, automations, reporting and data flows — not simply configure basic pipelines and email sequences.

### Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
* Strong experience building complex GoHighLevel systems from scratch
* Strong understanding of webhooks, APIs and third-party integrations
* Experience connecting Meta/Facebook Ads with GoHighLevel
* Experience building advanced workflows and CRM architecture
* Experience creating meaningful CRM and marketing reporting
* Experience integrating external booking systems
* Ability to troubleshoot integrations independently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to explain technical concepts clearly
* Experience with spas, salons, clinics, aesthetics, hospitality or other appointment-based businesses is strongly preferred

### Scope of work

You will be responsible for:

* Structuring our GoHighLevel CRM and customer database
* Building lead and customer pipelines
* Connecting our website and lead sources to GHL
* Connecting our Meta/Facebook advertising account and ensuring lead/ad data flows correctly into the CRM
* Building integrations using webhooks, APIs, Zapier/Make and native GHL integrations where appropriate
* Connecting our external booking system to GHL
* Creating sophisticated workflows for leads, bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, completed appointments and no-shows
* Setting up automated WhatsApp, SMS and email communication
* Creating customer segmentation using tags, custom fields and workflow logic
* Creating reporting dashboards to track the full customer journey from lead → booking → attendance → treatment → repeat booking/revenue
* Setting up attribution/reporting to understand which marketing campaigns and lead sources generate actual customers and revenue
* Troubleshooting integration and automation issues
* Testing the complete system before launch
* Providing documentation and basic training for our team

### Technical screening questions

1. Webhooks / API / Data Architecture

We use several different systems, including our website, booking system, Meta Ads and messaging platforms. We want customer and appointment information to move between these systems and GoHighLevel reliably.

Describe how you would design the integration architecture using GHL webhooks, inbound webhooks, APIs and/or Make/Zapier. Specifically, explain how you would prevent duplicate contacts, handle an existing customer booking again, update an existing contact when appointment information changes, and deal with failed or duplicated webhook events.

Please give a real example from a previous project where you implemented something similar.

2. Meta Ads + Advanced Reporting

We want to connect our Meta Ads account to GoHighLevel and ultimately understand not just how many leads we generate, but which campaigns/ad sets/ads generate bookings, attended appointments and revenue.

Explain how you would set this up technically. What information would you capture from Meta, how would you preserve attribution through the CRM and booking process, and how would you structure the GHL fields, pipelines, workflows and reporting dashboards to produce this data?

Please explain any limitations of GHL's native Meta integration and when you would use UTM parameters, webhooks, APIs or another solution instead.

3. Describe the most technically complex GoHighLevel implementation you have personally built. What systems were integrated, what did you build yourself, and what was the final outcome?

4. Have you previously implemented GoHighLevel for a spa, salon, clinic, aesthetics business or another appointment-based business where the system needed to track the customer journey from lead through appointment and ultimately revenue? If yes, describe the setup and reporting you built.
