JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! We're a digital marketing agency in an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a talented Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to become a key part of our team.

One thing we want to be clear about upfront: we're looking for someone who wants a real home - not another client to add to their roster. If you run your own agency or are juggling multiple clients, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're looking for a dedicated, full-time role where you can go deep, take ownership, and grow with a company that's going places - keep reading.

We're a startup moving fast, and this role matters. You won't just be executing tasks - you'll be helping us build the backend foundation that powers our entire client delivery engine. If you love systems, automations, and making things work seamlessly behind the scenes, you'll feel right at home here.
As the agency scales, this role scales with it. We're building toward a full operations team and want this person in a leadership position within 12 months.

1. Compensation:
During your first 90 days: $720 USD/month (paid bi-weekly)
After your 90-day probation: $850 USD/month base
Fully ramped earning potential: $1,050 - $1,350+ USD/month (base + performance bonuses)

2. What You'll Actually Be Doing

Client Setup & Deployment


Set up new GHL client sub-accounts (phone numbers, email config, domain masking) - templates are already built, so you're not starting from zero
Import, customize, and deploy funnels, websites, and landing pages using our existing snapshots
Build and manage automation workflows, triggers, and multi-channel campaigns
Connect GHL to third-party tools via Zapier or native integrations


Ongoing Support & Optimization


Be our go-to person for troubleshooting backend technical issues
Proactively improve funnels and workflows to boost performance
Monitor key metrics and campaign health inside GHL
Maintain clean system hygiene (custom values/fields) so snapshots always deploy correctly

3. What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on GHL experience - you know the platform inside and out
Looking for a full-time dedicated role you can grow in - this isn't for part-time work while you do other things
A natural problem-solver - a broken trigger is a puzzle to fix, not a reason to panic
Detail-oriented and process-driven - you double-check every branch before going live
Strong English communication - comfortable explaining technical stuff clearly over Slack or Loom
Available during Canadian EST business hours for daily syncs
