JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US marketing agency building the AI automation arm for local service businesses - kitchen & bath remodelers, roofers, sign companies, lenders. Everything runs on GoHighLevel Agency Pro. We are hiring ONE specialist to own the build and day-to-day management of our client sub-accounts.

This is not a general VA role. You need real GoHighLevel muscle memory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Clone our snapshot into new sub-accounts and swap all custom values
- Build text + email follow-up workflows, booking calendars, and missed-call-text-back
- Set up and train GHL Conversation AI bots on each client's services, FAQs, and booking flow
- Wire the data layer: CRM to Meta Pixel / Conversions API so client ad tracking actually fires
- Build website chatbots and AI review-request automation
- Test every build end-to-end with real test leads before it goes live
- Keep clean documentation on what you built and why

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW

- GoHighLevel - snapshots, custom values, workflows, calendars, sub-account setup. Deep, not surface level.
- GHL Conversation AI - training and prompting conversational bots
- Meta Pixel / Conversions API setup and troubleshooting
- Chatbot building of any kind
- Nice to have: n8n, Make/Zapier, Retell AI, Vapi, ElevenLabs

HOW WE WORK

- Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8am-5pm US Pacific Time (PST), Monday to Friday
- A full core client build should take you 1-2 days, not 2 weeks. If that sounds fast, this is not the role for you.
- Paid test build before hiring (we pay for your time), then a two-week evaluation window on real client work
- Long-term role. We are adding clients, and the right person grows with the pay to match.

HOW TO APPLY
