JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage CRM systems, workflows, automations, and marketing campaigns for a growing marketing company.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently build, troubleshoot, and manage GHL systems independently while staying organized, accountable, and consistent with deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations
• Manage multiple client CRM accounts
• Create and manage email and SMS campaigns
• Set up triggers, pipelines, forms, calendars, and other GHL features
• Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-up workflows
• Build and maintain funnels and marketing automations
• Monitor campaigns and workflows to ensure they function properly
• Identify and resolve GHL issues
• Keep client accounts organized and up to date
• Coordinate with the team on GHL-related tasks
• Communicate proactively about issues, delays, and progress

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Strong knowledge of GHL workflows, automations, pipelines, campaigns, and CRM
• Experience building and troubleshooting complex workflows
• Experience managing multiple GHL accounts or working with a marketing agency is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Takes ownership and follows through on tasks

NICE TO HAVE
• Marketing agency experience
• Experience with GHL snapshots
• Lead generation and sales funnel experience
• Email/SMS marketing experience
• Familiarity with other CRM or automation platforms

HOURS & RATE
20–30 hours per week
$7/hour
