JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads tracking and AI agent setup to help us configure and manage client systems on our white-label GoHighLevel platform.

This role is not about building complex custom integrations or heavy development work.
Most of our systems, snapshots, and templates already exist.

Your core job is to follow instructions closely, clone proven systems, and specialise in two critical areas:
- Correctly linking and troubleshooting Google Ads ? GoHighLevel tracking
- Setting up, testing, and maintaining AI agents for lead handling, booking, and follow-ups

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who works inside GoHighLevel every day, cares about clean setups, and can make tracking and AI work reliably in production.

This will start as a part time role (4 hours per day) and then transition to full time (8 hours per day)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and configure new client accounts in GoHighLevel using our existing snapshots and templates
- Build and customise pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, funnels, and workflows
- Apply branding, domains, and white-label settings
- Build and maintain clean, reliable automations inside GoHighLevel
- Set up and manage AI agents for lead handling, booking, and follow-ups
- Link Google Ads with GoHighLevel and configure conversion & call tracking
- Test all systems end-to-end before handover
- Troubleshoot issues and keep systems running smoothly
- Create simple SOPs or Loom walkthroughs when required

Must Have
- Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, snapshots, funnels, sub-accounts)
- Proven experience with Google Ads tracking in GoHighLevel
- Experience setting up and managing AI agents (inside GHL or external)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Very good at following instructions and working from SOPs
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Availability to work 8:30am – 12:30pm AEST

Nice to Have
- Experience with service businesses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Basic funnel or page-building skills inside GHL
- Experience creating simple SOPs or documentation
