JOB OVERVIEW

# HIRING: GoHighLevel SaaS Specialist / Automation Assistant With Social Media Experience

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) SaaS Specialist who already has hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel.

This is NOT an entry-level admin position. We need someone who understands automations, workflows, landing pages, CRM systems, and social media management inside a fast-moving agency environment.

You will be supporting service-based businesses such as:

* HVAC Companies
* Roofing Companies
* Plumbing Companies
* Electricians
* Landscaping Companies
* General Contractors

## Position Details

* Pay: $100/week
* Part-time
* 5 hours per day
* Must be available between 8AM–5PM EST
* Remote position
* Long-term opportunity available

## Responsibilities

* Clone and customize GoHighLevel templates
* Build and manage workflows and automations
* Create and edit landing pages inside GHL
* Manage CRM pipelines, tags, triggers, and opportunities
* Schedule and organize social media posts
* Create Canva graphics and content for contractor clients
* Use GHL Social Planner for scheduling
* Maintain organization across multiple client accounts
* Support onboarding and technical setup tasks

## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You MUST already have experience with:

* GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Workflow automations
* Landing page editing
* CRM management
* Canva
* Social media scheduling

Bonus if you have experience with:

* GHL AI Studio
* Snapshots
* Custom Values
* Tags & Triggers
* Contractor/service-based business marketing

## Technical Requirements

You MUST have:

* Fast and stable internet connection
* Backup internet source (Hotspot/Pocket WiFi)
* Backup power solution preferred
* Reliable computer or laptop capable of handling multiple tabs, Canva, GHL, and automation work smoothly

## During the Interview, You Will Be Asked:

1. Your experience level with GoHighLevel
2. Examples of workflows or automations you built
3. Your process for managing and scheduling social media content
4. Your work-from-home setup
5. Your internet speed and backup setup

## PAID SKILL TEST

Shortlisted applicants will receive a paid technical test.

Example tasks may include:

* Recreating or editing a landing page inside GHL
* Using GHL AI Studio
* Creating Canva graphics
* Drafting social media posts
* Organizing workflows and content for multiple clients
