JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S. real estate brokerage and investment company looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber who is much more than just a virtual assistant. We need someone who is highly skilled with technology, enjoys learning new software, and wants to become a key part of a long-term business.

If you already have strong experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and enjoy building systems, solving problems, and helping a business grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

GoHighLevel

* Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, and websites
* Create workflows and automations
* Manage email and SMS campaigns
* Organize pipelines, opportunities, calendars, contacts, and forms
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Integrate third-party software using Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhooks
* Keep our CRM clean, organized, and running efficiently

Marketing & Content

* Learn to use ---------- for podcast recording and editing
* Create podcast episodes and short-form social media clips
* Help publish and organize marketing content

Inside Sales

* Use our dialer to call buyers and sellers using proven scripts
* Qualify prospects professionally
* Perform live call transfers when a prospect wants to speak with our acquisitions or sales team
* Enter accurate notes and update all activity inside GoHighLevel

Transaction Coordination

* Assist with contract-to-closing tasks
* Enter and maintain transaction information in BrokerSumo
* Help ensure files remain accurate and organized through closing

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

* Has strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
* Learns new software quickly
* Has excellent written and spoken English
* Is comfortable speaking with Americans over the phone
* Is organized and detail-oriented
* Enjoys solving problems independently
* Takes ownership and initiative
* Wants a long-term career with opportunities to grow

Experience with real estate is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Compensation & Benefits

* $500 USD starting monthly salary
