JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Website, CRM & Automations

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to finish, optimize, and test our GHL setup for a junk removal business.

We already have a website and an existing GHL account that can be used as a reference for how we want certain features to work.

The goal is to make the entire customer journey simple: visit website ? call or book ? enter CRM ? receive automated follow-up ? schedule service ? pay ? receive review request.

Responsibilities
- Make sure SMS/text messaging works correctly. (A2p is verified)
- Optimize the GHL website for conversions, mobile use, and lead generation.
- Optimize website forms for ease of use and lead generation.
- Test and fix all website buttons, forms, links, and calendars.
- Set up an organized CRM pipeline for leads, estimates, booked jobs, and completed customers.
- Build necessary workflows and automations, including:

New lead follow-up
Missed-call text back
Booking confirmations/reminders
Estimate follow-up
Review requests
Internal notifications
AI answering service

- Set up payments and payment tracking.
- Test the entire system from the customer's point of view before completion.
