JOB OVERVIEW

We're a full-service digital marketing agency working with clients across care, trades, and professional services. We're expanding our GoHighLevel setup, both internally and for our clients, and we need someone who genuinely knows their way around the platform to help us build it out properly.

We handle the strategy, working directly with clients to figure out what they need. Your job is to bring that to life technically: building it properly, making the right calls on how to set it up, and knowing enough through experience to implement it well rather than needing everything spelled out step by step. If you can see a more optimised way to build something within that strategy, we want to hear it.

What you'll be doing:

- Building and refining automations and workflows (missed call text-back, lead follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, and more)
- Creating and managing snapshots so we can roll out proven setups to new client accounts quickly
- Setting up pipelines, custom fields, and custom values across sub-accounts
- Building funnels, forms, and booking calendars
- Setting up SMS and email campaigns, including A2P 10DLC compliance where needed
- Troubleshooting and maintaining existing client accounts
- Working alongside our developers and wider team to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:

- Solid hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (certification is a bonus, not essential)
- The ability to take a strategy and implement the technical build yourself, without needing hand-holding on the how
- The foresight to spot a more optimised way of building something, and the confidence to suggest it
- Good problem-solving instincts, you can figure out why a workflow isn't firing without being told step by step
- Confident using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work smarter and faster (Claude preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English, you'll be communicating directly with us and occasionally clients
- Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly
- Able to work UK hours

Hours:

This role requires working 9am–1pm UK time, Monday to Friday (currently 4pm–8pm Philippines time, shifting to 5pm–9pm Philippines time when UK clocks go back in autumn).
