About Us

I.MOVE. Health and Performance is a rehab and performance clinic in Portland, Oregon, USA. We help active adults get back to training, sports, and the life they want. We're growing fast, and we need a VA who can run the technical side of our marketing in GoHighLevel and Meta Ads Manager.

This is not an entry-level role. You need to already be strong in both platforms. If you've only used one of them, please don't apply.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who just completes tasks. We want someone who takes ownership of results. You'll look at the numbers, figure out what's working and what isn't, and come to us with ideas for improving it. You'll need to be comfortable connecting Meta Ads to GoHighLevel to Google Sheets so the data flows cleanly from ad to lead to report. Just as important, you must be available and responsive during your scheduled hours. We expect a reply within 5 minutes during those hours.

What You'll Do

GoHighLevel:

- Build and maintain workflows and automations (SMS, email, lead follow-up, appointment reminders)
- Manage pipelines, opportunities, tags, and custom fields
- Set up and maintain calendars, forms, surveys, and funnels/landing pages
- Troubleshoot broken automations and integrations
- Keep lead data clean and pull reports
- Test landing pages and forms for conversions

Meta Ads Manager:

- Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Upload creatives and adjust copy based on our direction
- Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
- Manage the Pixel, Conversions API, and events
- Connect Meta lead forms to GoHighLevel
- Watch performance every day (cost per lead, CTR, frequency, spend pacing), flag problems early, and send a weekly performance report

Google Sheets

- Must be familiar with spreadsheets, enjoy tracking data, and analyzing results
- Connect Meta Ads and GoHighLevel data into Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Use the data to spot trends and recommend specific changes to improve results

Must Have

- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience at builder level, not just as a user
- 2+ years running Meta ads for businesses (not just boosting posts)
- Experience connecting Meta Ads → GoHighLevel → Google Sheets
- Examples of your work you can walk us through
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and backup power
- Available during scheduled hours, with replies within 5 minutes during those hours
- You work on your own, own your outcomes, and report progress without being chased
