We're a growing UK business looking for an experienced Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing Specialist to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team. This is not a VA role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us and take ownership of our digital marketing systems. We already have:
An established website with strong organic rankings
A dedicated SEO Specialist
Thousands of completed projects with excellent photography and video content
A marketing strategy and ambitious growth plans

We're now looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing Executive to become a key member of our team and help us scale our marketing operation. To be clear, this is not a freelance or virtual assistant position. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing UK business. This role sits at the heart of our marketing function. We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing automation, CRM systems, digital marketing and creating repeatable processes that generate leads and support business growth. You'll take ownership of our GoHighLevel CRM, Meta advertising, email marketing, marketing automation, social media and digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Managing Directors, Sales Manager and Business Support Manager to ensure our marketing is organised, consistent and continually improving. If you enjoy building systems, improving processes and using data to make better marketing decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
Manage our white-label CRM & Marketing Automation platform (GoHighLevel equivalent)
Build and optimise marketing automations and customer journeys
Create landing pages, funnels and workflows
Manage email marketing and newsletters
Plan, create and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
Create and schedule social media content
Build lead nurture campaigns and sales pipelines
Create case studies, marketing emails and website content
Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity

Essential Skills
? Experience using GoHighLevel or a white-label GoHighLevel platform (essential)

Working Hours
This is a full-time remote role. You must be able to work with at least 4 hours overlap with UK business hours, as you'll work closely with our Managing Directors, Sales Manager and Business Support Manager.
