About Taft Systems
Taft Systems is a US-based HighLevel support and fulfillment company. We support marketing agencies across the country with HighLevel builds, technical support, and account management. Live chat is often the first human voice clients hear — and we need someone who takes that seriously.
What You'll Do
You own inbound live chat during your shift. That means monitoring chat, responding within SLA, resolving straightforward HighLevel questions, and escalating real technical issues with full context — never a bare “please help.” Make sure you include the word Dragonfly in the subject line when you apply, in order to be considered. You are not a builder on this seat — you are a clear, fast, professional communicator who knows when to answer and when to hand off.
This is a high-volume role during peak hours. You need to be fast, organized, and consistent — not just occasionally on top of things.
Monitor and respond to inbound live chat — target first reply under 2 minutes during shift hours
Resolve straightforward asks: account access, basic how-tos, status updates
Escalate technical HighLevel issues to ticket/tech support with clear notes (what they tried, account, error, screenshots)
Keep a warm, professional tone consistent with Taft Systems
Log all chats accurately in our helpdesk
Attend the daily Zoom meeting with camera on on days you work (required)
What We're Looking For
Proven HighLevel experience — workflows, sub-accounts, basic automations (you will be tested)
Strong written English
Fast, calm multi-chat handling without dropping tone
Organized and reliable — shift coverage must be consistent; call-outs hurt clients
Comfortable working part-time for the first ~90 days (strong performers may move toward more hours later)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required
Hours
Part-time only. All times Eastern (New York) time.
We have both week day and weekend shifts that we are looking to cover.
We have several positions to fill to our growing team.
How to Apply
Read this carefully — applications that don't follow these instructions will not be reviewed.
Record a short Loom video (1–2 minutes) answering these three questions:
Describe a real HighLevel issue you’ve helped a client with. What broke, and what did you do?
How do you handle 3–5 live chats at once without dropping the ball?
Which shift option(s) above can you cover reliably, and what does your workspace/internet setup look like?
