Position Overview

We're looking for a GoHighLevel Implementation & Automation Specialist to help build our AI Reception platform, automate business processes, document systems, and support client implementations. This is a builder role for someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure GoHighLevel client sub-accounts
• Configure AI Receptionists and Voice AI
• Build workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, forms, and integrations
• Test and troubleshoot automations
• Create SOPs and implementation documentation
• Record Loom training videos
• Support client onboarding and implementations
• Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ year of hands-on GoHighLevel implementation experience
• Strong experience with workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and integrations
• Experience with AI Voice or conversational AI is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating SOPs and Loom training videos
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional workspace
