JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re looking for a sharp GHL and Zapier Automation Specialist to help us clean up, build, and improve our automations. This starts as project-based work, but if you do solid work, hit deadlines, and communicate well, this can turn into a full-time role.

This is not a “watch tutorials and figure it out” position. We need someone who already knows their way around GHL and Zapier and can actually make things work.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and maintain automations in GoHighLevel
• Create and manage Zapier workflows (triggers, actions, webhooks)
• Connect tools like forms, calendars, CRMs, SMS, email, and pipelines
• Troubleshoot broken or delayed automations
• Improve existing workflows for reliability and efficiency
• Document what you build so it’s easy to maintain
• Work closely with operations and leadership to understand real business needs

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel automation
• Strong working knowledge of Zapier
• Experience with webhooks and API connections
• Experience with Calendly, CRMs, or job management tools
• Comfortable troubleshooting automation issues
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently without constant supervision

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Background in operations or workflow optimization
• Familiarity with roofing, home services, or sales pipelines

Work Setup & Pay
• Remote
• Project-based to start
• Opportunity to move into a full-time role if performance is strong
• Pay based on experience and skill level (please include your rate)
