About Us

We operate a high-volume lead business. My services include business funding, credit repair, business credit building, and business coaching. Your job is to keep our GoHighLevel + WordPress (Bluehost) systems running smoothly and consistently. We need a reliable operator who can build funnels and automations, troubleshoot issues fast, and improve system quality so leads don’t get missed.

This is not a beginner VA role. This is a systems + implementation role.

What You Own (Outcomes)

Website pages + landing pages are updated, mobile-clean, and stable

Funnels are built correctly and connect to GHL cleanly

Automations route leads, assign ownership, follow up, and notify the team correctly

Integrations do not break (Zapier/webhooks/forms)


Email
/SMS deliverability is set up correctly and monitored

Everything is documented (Loom + simple SOP)

Key Responsibilities
1) GoHighLevel (Core)

Build and maintain: funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines

Build and maintain: workflows/automations (tagging, lead routing, follow-up sequences, round-robin logic, tasks, notifications)

Troubleshoot and fix: missed assignments, broken triggers, failed appointment bookings, duplicate records, workflow conflicts

QA testing: verify every funnel/form produces the correct outcome end-to-end

Maintain organized tags, custom fields, pipeline stages, and automation naming conventions

2) WordPress (Bluehost) + Website Updates

Create/update landing pages and website pages in WordPress

Basic layout edits (sections, forms, buttons, mobile formatting)

Basic speed/hygiene tasks (plugins updated safely, backups before edits, reduce obvious bloat)

Connect WordPress forms/pages to GHL properly

3) Integrations + Lead Delivery (Plus)

Connect & test integrations: Zapier, webhooks, LeadConnector forms

Experience with lead sources is a plus: LendingTree / SoFi / third-party lead delivery

If you understand Google Ads tracking basics (GTM, conversion events) — big plus

4) Email Deliverability + Light IT (Required / Plus)

We have email that needs fixing now. You must understand the basics of:

SMTP/email connection inside GHL

SPF/DKIM/DMARC concepts (at least troubleshooting-level)

DNS knowledge is a plus (GoDaddy), not daily work

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

GoHighLevel advanced (workflows, funnels, calendars, pipelines, tags, custom fields)

WordPress competence (pages/landing pages/edits + Bluehost familiarity)

Strong troubleshooting (you can find why something broke without being babysat)

Documentation habit: Loom videos + short SOPs

Reliable communication and consistent output (we value diligence)

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Zapier + webhooks experience

LendingTree/SoFi lead delivery experience

Google Ads tracking experience (GTM/conversion tracking)

DNS/SSL comfort (GoDaddy/Cloudflare)

Performance Standards (KPIs)

QA cadence: weekly checklist completed (funnels, forms, calendars, workflows tested)

Turnaround: normal tasks completed within 24–48 hours depending on size

System reliability: no repeated issues from the same root cause

Documentation: every major build/change includes Loom + short SOP
