JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Senior GHL Expert to help build and manage all operational systems for two fast-growing companies:

? Get AI Sites (AI Websites + AI Receptionists)
? Lighthouse Ventures (AI Recruiting Platform)

This is NOT a basic “GHL VA” role.

We want someone who lives in GHL, understands the backend deeply, can build high-performing automations, and can step in as the main technical operator across both companies.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining all high-level GHL systems, including:

1. Voice AI Agents (GHL Native + Retell + ElevenLabs)
-Build the best possible Voice AI Agents using GHL’s native agent tools
-Trigger external Voice AI (Retell, VAPI, ElevenLabs) via webhooks
-Design conversation flows, branching logic, fallback logic
-Reduce latency, increase understanding, and improve booking rates

2. GHL Workflows & Automations
-Build workflows that convert — inbound, outbound, and nurturing
-Immediate lead response via SMS, email, calls, and AI agents
-Tracking logic, reporting, pipeline/Kanban setup
-Error-handling, retries, and QA systems

3. Client Onboarding + Snapshot Builds
-Create beautiful, conversion-optimized websites inside GHL
-Build reusable snapshot templates for new clients (AI site, voice agent, workflows, funnels, calendars, etc.)
-Onboard new clients quickly and professionally

4. AI Website + Funnel Deployment
-Build and update GHL websites/funnels for Get AI Sites
-Integrate AI chat/voice agents
-Add analytics, tracking, pixels, UTM logic

5. Outbound Marketing (Huge Plus)
-If you have experience in outbound inside GHL:
-Email campaigns
-SMS campaigns
-Ringless voicemails
-AI outbound calling (huge advantage)

6. Optional but Valuable: n8n Integration
-Not required, but highly preferred:
-Knowledge of connecting GHL ? n8n
-Creating basic automations
-Handling webhooks + API routes

REQUIREMENTS

You must be able to demonstrate ALL of the following:

? Deep GHL expertise (workflows, triggers, webhooks, CMS, funnels, automations)
? Has built Voice AI Agents (either GHL native or external integrations)
? Understands API calls, outbound/inbound webhooks, JSON, and error handling
? Can design beautiful GHL websites (no amateur builders)
? Can build and manage snapshots
? Can onboard clients professionally and quickly
? Can create high-performance automated systems
? Clear English communication
? Able to work US hours or partial overlap
? Fast execution, zero hand-holding
