JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled, consistent and proactive GoHighLevel Project Manager to help manage the backend systems of our growing women-focused businesses.

This is not a basic VA position. We need someone who already understands GHL and can take ownership of projects without needing constant step-by-step direction.

Rate: $5/hour
Hours: 5 hours per week to start
Position: Part-time, long-term

What we need you to be GREAT at

* Advanced GoHighLevel
* GHL workflows, triggers and automations
* Sales funnels and landing pages that are designed to convert
* CRM and pipeline organization
* Email/SMS campaigns and follow-up sequences
* Forms, calendars and integrations
* Testing and troubleshooting automations
* Project management and meeting deadlines
* Canva design with a polished, feminine aesthetic
* Excel/Google Sheets
* Competitor and market research
* Social-media research, including finding viral content, hooks and trends we can adapt to our brands
* AI tools such as ChatGPT
* Creating and maintaining SOPs

Most importantly

We need someone who is CONSISTENT.

We want a project manager who communicates, follows through, keeps projects organized, meets deadlines and tells the truth when something isn’t completed or they don’t know how to do something.

You should be a critical thinker and problem solver. We want to be able to explain the result we’re trying to achieve and have you help research, plan and execute the solution.

Creativity is also extremely important. Our brands primarily serve women, so you should have a strong eye for modern, feminine, elevated marketing and design.
