**Job Description:**

We're looking for a GHL Marketing Specialist with strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising to help generate qualified leads for childcare businesses. You'll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing lead generation campaigns from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative aspects of digital marketing and can independently manage campaigns that produce measurable results.

**Responsibilities:**

Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Write compelling, high-converting ad copy targeted to parents
Design engaging ad creatives (images and/or short videos)
Build and optimize landing pages and forms within GoHighLevel
Connect Meta ads to GHL funnels and automations
Install and verify the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (when needed)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize weekly
Track and report key metrics, including:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Booked Tours
Enrollments
Conversion Rates
Recommend strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI

**Requirements:**

Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Experience creating landing pages, forms, and automations in GHL
Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Ability to write persuasive ad copy
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and computer

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience marketing for childcare, education, healthcare, or local service businesses
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Familiarity with CRM workflows and lead nurturing
