JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) / Marketing Automation VA to support our CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation activities.

What You'll Do
Build and manage funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and booking systems in GHL.
Create and manage email and SMS automations.
Set up workflows, triggers, pipelines, and CRM processes.
Manage lead nurturing and follow-up sequences.
Monitor and troubleshoot automations and integrations.
Maintain and organize CRM data and pipelines.
Support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve automation and conversion processes.

What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM workflows.
Experience building funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines, and automated campaigns.
Good understanding of lead generation and conversion processes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Highly Regarded
Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Previous experience supporting Australian businesses.
Experience in mortgage, finance, real estate, or other lead-generation industries.
