About Us:
We are a fast-growing aesthetics, regenerative medicine and training company focused on helping providers build and scale successful businesses. We rely heavily on GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead generation, automation, and client management and we’re looking for a skilled expert to take ownership of this area.

We are specifically looking for someone who is proven, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our GHL systems, including funnels, workflows, pipelines, and integrations. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize funnels (lead capture, booking, follow-up)
Create and manage workflows (email + SMS automation)
Set up and maintain CRM pipelines and custom fields
Connect integrations (Facebook Lead Ads, Calendly, Zapier, etc.)
Troubleshoot workflows, triggers, and automation issues
Improve lead quality, tracking, and conversion performance
Create snapshots and scalable systems across accounts
Provide weekly performance insights and reporting
Strategically work with team to implement creative resources and tools with GHL to support the growth of the business

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Deep understanding of workflows vs. campaigns
Experience with funnels, automation, and CRM setup
Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues independently
Experience with integrations (Zapier, Google calendar, Facebook Ads)
Strong communication and ability to follow instructions
Strategic and creative with ideas for growth

Preferred (Highly Valued):
GoHighLevel Certification is helpful (please include proof)
Experience working with MedSpas, aesthetics, or service-based businesses
Proven results (conversion improvements, automation builds, etc.)

Compensation:
Based on experience (hourly or project-based)
Opportunity for long-term, consistent work
Paid test project required before full hire
