JOB OVERVIEW

*Part-Time or Project-Based | Remote*

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer to help build and optimize our CRM and AI systems.

This is a part-time or project-based position for someone who has hands-on experience with *AI Voice* and *AI Conversations within GoHighLevel*.

?*IMPORTANT:* If you do NOT have experience building AI Voice or AI Conversation agents inside GoHighLevel, please DO NOT APPLY

Responsibilities

•? ?Build and deploy AI Voice Agents within GoHighLevel
•? ?Create and optimize AI Conversations for lead qualification and follow-up
•? ?Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations
•? ?Review our existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
•? ?Optimize lead routing, pipeline management, and communication sequences
•? ?Integrate GHL with third-party applications when needed
•? ?Ensure all automations are working efficiently and reliably
•? ?Provide recommendations to improve our systems and processes

Qualifications

•? ?Proven experience with *GoHighLevel (GHL)*
•? ?REQUIRED: Experience building *AI Voice* and *AI Conversation* agents in GHL
•? ?Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, conditions, and automations
•? ?Experience auditing and improving existing CRM systems
•? ?Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier, and webhooks is a plus
•? ?Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•? ?Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
•? ?Detail-oriented and organized
•? ?Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
