We are not looking for someone to “build funnels.”
We are looking for someone who can take an existing GoHighLevel system, identify where leads are being lost, and improve it to increase bookings and conversion.
If your focus is only on setup, this role is not a fit.
We are hiring a GHL specialist to take ownership of our system.
The foundation is built. Your role is to refine, simplify, and optimise it for performance.
This role starts part-time and will move into full-time as lead flow increases.

You will:
• Audit the system from lead to booking?• Improve follow-up timing and logic?• Clean and simplify workflows?• Build and optimise our master snapshot?• Improve onboarding (fast, frictionless, scalable)?• Implement SMS into the follow-up system?• Ensure no leads are missed
Requirements:
• Strong GHL automation experience?• Understands logic, triggers, and conditions?• Focus on conversion, not just setup?• Can take ownership and work independently
