JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help onboard new business locations into our AI phone and text system. This role focuses on accurate GoHighLevel (GHL) account setup, configuration, and testing following clear, step-by-step SOPs.

This is process-driven work, not creative work. Precision matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and configure new GoHighLevel sub-accounts from templates/snapshots
• Set up phone numbers, workflows, and basic account settings
• Enter and verify Custom Values accurately
• Follow detailed SOPs exactly as written
• Perform functional QA testing (calls, texts, notifications)
• Document results clearly (checklists, screenshots, notes)
• Flag blockers (A2P, verification, access issues) immediately
• Move tasks through Trello according to defined stages

Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required)
• Strong attention to detail (this will be tested)
• Comfortable following long, detailed SOPs without skipping steps
• Experience with QA, testing, or implementation work
• Familiar with tools like Trello, Google Forms, and Google Sheets
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
• Clear written English (for internal notes and documentation)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with A2P registration or SMS compliance
• Experience setting up phone systems or call routing
• Experience working with U.S.-based service businesses

• Not sales
• Not creative marketing
• Not “figure it out as you go” work
