Company Overview
Ascendiagroup.ai builds high-impact AI and automation ecosystems for our core brand and agency clients. We are seeking a technical, detail-oriented GHL & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain robust backend workflows and integrations behind the scenes.

Work Setup

Hours: US EST Timezone (Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time roles available)

Location: 100% Remote

Environment: Technical execution & ticket-based workflow (non-client-facing)

Key Responsibilities

GHL Architecture: Build, test, and deploy GoHighLevel workflows, snapshots, sales funnels, and multi-channel (SMS/email) nurturing sequences.

Integrations & Webhooks: Connect GHL with external platforms using Zapier, ---------- , and custom REST API webhooks.

AI Tooling Implementation: Configure and optimize advanced GHL AI features, including Conversational AI, Voice AI agents, and custom API connections.

System Maintenance & QA: Monitor automation logs, perform root-cause troubleshooting for broken workflows, and ensure high system reliability across all accounts.

Asset Scalability: Develop standardized, plug-and-play GHL snapshots to streamline rapid client onboarding.

Qualifications

GHL Expertise: Proven experience building complex GHL systems, pipelines, and snapshots from scratch.

Integration Mastery: Strong command of ---------- , Zapier, JSON, HTTP requests, and Webhooks.

AI Familiarity: Hands-on experience with GHL Conversational AI, AI voice bots, or custom LLM integrations.

Problem-Solving: Ability to take direct internal technical specs or tickets and execute them with minimal supervision.

Workstation Setup: High-speed internet connection, backup power/internet solution, and dedication to working US EST hours.
