JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing digital marketing agency that works with local service businesses across multiple niches — and we're looking for a GoHighLevel specialist who goes beyond just building pretty pages.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems, writes with intent, and builds funnels that actually convert.

What You'll Be Working On
Building and optimising full marketing funnels inside GoHighLevel — from opt-in to conversion
Writing or refining funnel copy (headlines, opt-in pages, email sequences, SMS flows)
Setting up and managing automations, workflows, and pipeline logic
Integrating GHL with third-party platforms (Make, Zapier, Stripe, Meta Ads, etc.)
Organising sub-accounts cleanly — custom fields, tags, pipelines, and naming conventions
Running A/B split tests, tracking funnel metrics, and making data-driven improvements
Diagnosing underperforming funnels and knowing exactly where to look first

You're a Strong Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience (not just surface-level)
Understand funnel strategy — not just how to build the page, but why each element exists
Can write compelling copy OR significantly improve copy given a brief
Are obsessive about organisation — your sub-accounts are clean, your assets are named properly, your workflows make sense to someone else
Know your way around tracking and analytics — opt-in rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition
Have integrated GHL with external tools and aren't afraid of webhooks or APIs
Work well async, communicate clearly, and don't need to be hand-held


Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
Niches like wellness, dental, home services, or coaching
Working inside a marketing agency (not just direct clients)
n8n, ---------- , or custom API work
Building VSL pages or webinar funnels
