JOB OVERVIEW

About the Company
We are a growing real estate and digital products brand based in Montgomery, Alabama, USA. Our portfolio includes 300+ rental properties, short-term rentals, and multiple operating businesses. We are now launching a digital education brand — real estate courses, ebooks, and mentorship programs — and need a skilled GoHighLevel specialist to help us build and manage the backend.

What You Will Do
• Build and maintain sales funnel pages inside GoHighLevel
• Set up email automation sequences and workflows
• Integrate payment systems and manage checkout flows
• Update and optimize existing funnels based on performance
• Assist with course and membership area setup inside GHL
• Communicate daily via Slack or email with updates


Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Strong understanding of funnel building, automations, and email workflows
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and available during US business hours for check-ins
• Strong written English communication skills
• Portfolio or examples of previous GHL work required to apply

Preferred But Not Required
• Experience working with real estate or coaching/mentorship brands
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Familiarity with Zapier or Make (Integromat)
